What is a silent disco?
A party where the music comes through wireless headphones instead of speakers. Each guest picks a channel and sets the volume; slide the headphones off and you can chat normally. You may also hear it called a silent party or headphone party.
How many headphones should I rent?
Normally one for every guest who wants to dance. We help you work out the number for your crowd, and every kit includes spare headphones.
How many DJs can play at the same time?
Up to three, because the headphones have three channels. Each LED lights up in the colour of the channel being heard.
Can we use it on a junk boat or a beach?
Yes. The headphones run on their own battery for up to 10 hours and the TX-330 transmitter has a built-in battery, so a phone or laptop is all you need as the music source.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. The kit is delivered one or two days before the event; for the Christmas, New Year and spring dinner season, dates fill up quickly.
Are the headphones clean?
Yes: every headphone is cleaned and sanitised before each rental.
