Hire formulas: the answers
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, so we can reserve the model and quantity you want. December, January and the weeks around Chinese New Year are the busiest, with annual and spring dinners.
How does delivery work?
The kit leaves our New Territories warehouse and reaches your venue one or two days before the event. Delivery is quoted separately; outlying islands on request.
What if the weather turns?
For outdoor events in the summer months, typhoons and rainstorms can upset plans. If the weather turns, talk to us and the date can be discussed.
How does the deposit work?
Every rental requires a security deposit, returned once the kit is back and checked.
Can I rent for a whole season?
Yes, with the long-term formula, designed for regular use of the headphones.
